Scouting Bio for our Executive Vice President Jim Shaughnessy Jim has been Scouting since 1981 and earned the rank of Eagle in 1986. He received the Vigil honor from Suanhacky Lodge in 1999. Jim served on the TMR staff from 1985 - 1991 (Keowa, Kunatah and HQ) and has been a volunteer ever since. He serves on the Committee of Troop 105 in Queens and attends summer camp at Aquehonga with them each year. Jim received the Silver Beaver in 2007 and was appointed Suanhacky Lodge Advisor in May of 2009. He is a member of the GNYC Camp Inspection Team and has participated in summer camp inspections for over 10 years. Jim is currently a Supervisory Officer for the US Department of Homeland Security. |
