Scouting Bio for our Appointed Member-at-Large Charlie Hart Charlie joined the Scouting family at age 15 as a member of Troop 426 in Queens. His varied and extensive camping experiences earned him a place in the Scouting honor society, The Order of the Arrow. As a Camp Ranger at Alpine Scout Camp and later at Ten Mile River, Charlie’s construction and repair skills helped improve the facilities. He is a graduate of the National Camping School, Ranger section and Cope. Charlie is married to Lusi, another of our board members and has 3 teenage children. He has been an active member in FoTMR for years and achieved Life Member status in 2003. He is the co-owner of a private ambulance service and is currently serving as a Board member of FoTMR.
